I love revenge type films. Especially ones that center around high school, where a lot of people are coming into their arrogance. But this flick totally drops the ball by doing underwhelming stuff to the baddies. It begins when the gorgeous Tunney moves to a new neighborhood. Her new school happens to have three teenage witches. And she herself is able to some things. They all get together, cast some spells, find out what they're capable of, make the school bitch's hair fall out, make an amorous jerk annoyingly lovesick, blah, blah. It just doesn't grab you. Had a little steam the first 45 minutes or so, then peters out, and even has the witches turn on each other in the end. It all drags forever before finally wrapping up. One bright spot is the cast, cute and somewhat busty. But after a few minutes of that (and no nudity featured at all) you'll be ready for another movie.

This movie is about 4 'outcast' teen girls who, without explanation, have 'magical' witch powers. Other teens at school do mean things to them, and the girls use their powers to exact revenge on the other students.

Well, gee, why are the other students treating them like outcasts? They have messy hair, slather on black lipstick, wear leather dog collars, smoke a lot, have rings piercing many of the penetrable parts of their bodies, and they sneer constantly. It's amazing they aren't treated better. Nevermind, it's a nice setup for the girls to use their powers to kill and maim their classmates.

Predictably, the fresh, clean-cut witch, sees the error of her ways and dukes it out (literally) with the evil, goth witch.

It's a stupid movie with almost no plot other than revenge. It will appeal to teens who are into the cultic arts, and social outcasts.
